Has anyone got at copy of the service manual i have not got one as i bought my Avensis second hand.

I have a light staying on on the control panal and dont know what it is.

Its a yellow tlight that looks like a picture of a engine with a fan on the front. it is on the bottom left of the panel

anyone help or know what i can do.

That sounds like the engine warning light. It comes on normally when there is something serious wrong with the engine, something that can cause damage. I would suggest you take your car to a garage and get it checked out. Its probably only a sensor thats failed but you need to be safe.

Hope its not anything too bad. Have a good look around, never know, a fuse a plug / wire off somewhere ?

Check E-Bay some cheep manuals there often.
