Extremely slow acceleration

Hey everyone :)

ive got a 2006 56 Avensis T3x d4D. My dad && I have owned the car since 2008 && the mileage is currently on 332510, over the last it's really struggled to pick up speed, it literally gets to 80mph && then decelerates at minor motorway gradients. I have it plugged in on multiple machines & they can't find the fault. It's still reliable, comfy, everything works like new, no odd noises but just maintaining speed and accelerating. Any help would be ideal. Thanks in advance :)

Tired turbo maybe not making boost? Or it could be a split hose? Any other symptoms or noises?

There's no noises that shouldn't be there, everything sounds about right  if it's a split hose, do you know which it could potentially be?
