Guys (and girls),

I am sorry to say, but my Corolla will not be attending Japshow or possibly even JAE this year :(

I can't spend any more money trying to de-muppetise the poor thing.

Today whilst trying to solve a misfiring/hesitation problem, I discovered my front tyres are worn below rubber (showing thread) on some areas (not normally visable).

The two problems have made the car undrivable.

I can't justify the expense of further de-muppetising :(

Never buy a car off someone highly influenced my Max Power It really ******s me off when people don't look after cars properly!

Are you going to JAE anyway though (even if the car isn't)?

It'd be a shame to miss out because some :censor: can't look after a car properly.

Garrick will be my passenger for the show next weekend, although I am not on the TOC stand we will make a visit.

I hope that both the cars will be on the stand at JAE.

What is more frustrating is that the car came from a TOC member (obviously not one of nice guys), we didn't realise at the time that he had badly neglected his car.

I'll refrain from posting my nasty thoughts.

After even more fettling about today, I may, but only just may be able to make Jap Show. But sadly it involves more costs even though the problem has been solved.

I am still very miffed with the way the previous owner has treated the car...
