Central locking/smart entry

Hi all, hope someone out there will be able to help. The drivers side window in my 2014 Auris Touring Hybrid shattered and was replaced by my insurance company's agents (Autoglass) yesterday.

The glass replacement appears to be fine, and the technician demonstrated the window functioning correctly and smoothly. Soon after he left I discovered that I was unable to gain entry to the car, except via the little emergency key in my key fob. Both the fob and smart entry which previously worked, did not.

A couple of phone calls to Autoglass and Toyota, and the expectation that a cable had not been replaced correctly, and a technician was sent by autoglass to fix the problem. On removing the door card and inspecting the internals, all seems connected satisfactorily. The car recognises the key and starts as normal on the start/stop button.

Whilst the cental locking function (lock or unlock) via the key fob or smart entry doesn't work at all - the  indicators flash twice when attempting to unlock via the fob, and flash 6 times when trying via smart entry.

Autoglass are trying to remove themselves from the problem saying that they changed the glass and re-connected everything. I have said that may be the case but everything worked correctly before their tech got his hands on the car.

The car is booked into Toyota next Wednesday, but as I'm sure most of you can appreciate, a little extra knowledge of the problem can often go a long way to resolving the issues.

Has anyone had any experience of this fault before? Any advice regarding the possible faults and what's caused them?

Sorry for the long first post. Many thanks.
