Hi

Have 2001 avensis d4d. Slight problem when heater is turned on the car chucks for a couple of seconds then builds power back up. Also once or twice car has cut out  and wont start for a few cranks ...give it a few seconds to settles and it starts no problem 

So basically could be driving along and turn the heater on and the car will chuck and splutter for a couple of seconds and carry on as normal .

 

Ive changed suction valves and egr   .225 kmls on engine
