Wiring from rear bumper to rear light cable

Hi guys,

i want to install on my IQ the invisible rear parking sensor and the additional brake light.

The additional brake light is this:

 

 

For wiring the sensor at the reverse light and the additional light at the brake light i must unmount the rear bumper but where can i pass with the cable from the bumper to rear light contacts?

Please give me a photo of where i can......
