Bumper repair

Some !Removed! badly gouged my front bumper and I need to repair it myself as not worth the insurance excess. So I need to rub it down fill it and paint it. #

I am wondering about the type of filler is best on this semis flexible ABS/plastic or whatever it is made from?

Just find one one eBay second hand get correct paint code for colour match and put in on, less work and better result unless your really good at body work and spraying it won't look great. If you do want to try it, there are flexible fillers for plastic bumpers, and use proper plastic  primer base coat before spraying top coat otherwise it will flake off after a while.
