Avensis Estate 2007 - Will hatchback seats fit?

Hi,

I was hoping to upgrade the interior of my 2007 Avensis Estate 2.0 d4d. I have managed to source some seats however they are from a similarly aged hatchback. I just wanted to know if they will fit in my estate whilst still retaining the 60/40 split and folding flat feature. I have found that people have fit the estate seats into a hatch which is great however I'd like to know if the seats will still fold flat. Any help is much appreciated!

This is question asked before. avensisd4d786 did this when putting a higher spec seat from an estate to a hatchback. The part numbers are the same.

The diagram confirms the liftback (hatchback) and wagon (estate) share the same seat. I the saloon is different.

I think the seats should fit and operate the same, whether they are fitted to the estate or hatchback.
