Is this going along side the Congestion Charge or replacing it? Could get very expensive for a lot of companies running deliveries in to London.

Interesting bit on that Auto Express article about a feasibility study being planned for a diesel scrappage scheme. That should get rid of a whole load of stinky old smoke belchers.

But the 10,000 people a year dying prematurely due to air pollution? Is that a proven fact or just another factoid from the green tree huggers society?
