Can you extend further the steering wheel on a Toyota Yaris hybrid?

I am really tall with short hands and i find it really unconfotable !!

I find it "almost" not enough, due to the pedal position (I have long legs).

I found adjusting the seat-back position helps me to reach the steering wheel. You might want to try lowering the seat, as well.
