hi, i own Toyota Avensis, 2007, 2.2 d4d dcat, 130kw.

i have a problem -  dpf. p2002

i have cleaned egr valve, cleaned the tubes that comes on dpf, all sensors WORK, all injectors are in PERFECT condition (-0.1, -0.2, -0.1, -0-2).

when we tried to make a forced regeneration, it fails! after 10 - 15 minutes of working regeneration, there comes a rumbling sound for 2 secundes, and then it stop working regeneration. we do not know what to to. car is in a LIMP MODE. after we reset the faults, car goes well for 10 minutes, then shows up first a engine light, then the vsc and trc off. after that, sometimes car starts to pull over the 3.000 rpm, sometimes it hardly go to 2.000 rpm. A car is "TWEAKING" when in LIMP MODE (i mean a suddent loss of power for a 0.001 second) i'm sorry for my bad english.

we have changed the alternator (diods) because it havent filled the acumulator well. now it works fine. but DPF is still a problem. fuel filter replaced 10.000 km ago.

do you have any suggestions? :/
