Hiace 120 questions where do i post

I just need some advice on the ride of my hiace 120 2008 mod,  Ive had toyota hiaces now for a many year, my latest a 2008 120 is more difficult to drive in the way throttle and clutch responds not smooth, is it the throttle by wire? judders on pull aways and i am allways crunching gears, N to 1st at lights with clutch in some times note somtimes donks in, Love the van would not have anything else, but would love it to be smoother

Any body else have the same probs

My mechanic Toyota specialist says its my driving!  I do a few miles just don 14000 miles in 6 months with just anti roll bar drop end bush and servicing, my driving is normally very smooth hence my niggle

Any ideas
