hi

ok im actively looking for an mr2 as ive found out insurance is gona b around 1k ish

firstly wots the difference between all these rev1,2,3 etc

then wots the diff between the gt model , gt t bar model, gt sports model etc... are ne of these turbos?? i saw a gt sports in autotrader and it said it had a bov so im presuming dat that model is turbo?? are all turbos imported or are ne of them uk spec??

what is the fuel consumption like??

alternatly wot can be done to a normal 2litre mr2 to make it faster??

Hello there fella,

first off have a spy at the stickies near the top they should point u in the right direction for the basic stuff (revisions etc.)

in a nutshell the higher the revision number, the newer the model of the mk2 mr2. t-bar in the name means just that, the car has a t-bar :)

the other types signify the extra doo-da's onboard, and yup, all turbos r imports.

Fuel consumption can be either good or VERY poor, depending on ur driving style of course ;) again there's been a thread on this, quick search should bring it up.

and that last point of urs. if u want REAL power go for the turbo, that can be tuned highly indeed!
