Mk1 Yaris Head Unit upgrade

Hi there, i'm wondering if anyone can help me. I have a mk1 japanese yaris and am finally getting around to upgrading the head unit to start with. currently i have the tape player with the tf0411 cd player underneath.

Whilst not being able to source a quality fascia i wanted to know if i can take out the existing cd player and throw in a Alpine cde-193bt minus the ring trim and keep the existing toyota fascia, will the new head unit fit and sit correctly with the tape player on top of it? and apart from the power adapter is there anything else i need?
