Rav 4.3 Audio Sytem Upgrade

With the 4.3 currently lacking DAB and Audio Quality of the system not being fantastic currently considering one of the new Kenwood DABS head units DNX5160DABS or DNX8160DABS.

Understandably to improve the audio quality and to match the output of the new HU the factory Speakers need to go. Has anyone replaced Head Unit and done the Job of speaker replacement both front and rear?

Have been recommended Hertz Speakers which seem to have a fairly decent review and costs are pretty reasonable.

The door trims will need to come off, just wondering how much a job they are of getting off and are they easily put back but more importantly, correctly and rattle free?

Ive fitted the 8016DABS unit to the wifes Rav, Ive also got a full set of Speakers from a Lexus IS200 (pioneer) as they are a damn sight better than the originals and a direct replacement (tweeters will need work).

And im going to use my old but trusty 4" linear response Pioneer Bass tube, which will go under the floor in the boot. Ive also got a bulk pack of dynamat to noise kill the doors a tad as they sound a little tinny.
