replaced ecu/ignition problems

hi

i recently bought a celica 02 plate c insurancs write off it needed new keys ecu and ignition which i have replaced all of same model

engine starts driving lights door open light works but nothing else no windows indicators wipers radio

any ideas help please

Have you checked none of the fuses have blown, they are down by the panel by your left leg when sitting in driver seat.

Also some located under bonnet, right hand side

Yeah I've checked all Is tthere a fuse for the fuse board
