Basic Maintenance Schedule for Rav4 XT4 D4D 2.2 Diesel - dec 2006 MK3

HI All, SOrry if it's been posted before but I searched and could not find anything for this model. or is it same for al 2.2 d4d's, sorry don't know how it works?

I'm looking for basic maintenance schedule for the rav I just Bought i.e.

Eengine oil, coolant replacement and how to's .

 

I can't find a haynes past 2006 in uk (us ones are available)  and mines dec 2006 so presumably mk3?

things like oil change, type, coolant types, chain types, diff oil types etc and how to do it. If it's available. Can't even find the right model car booklet as mine did not have one.

PS Mines done 92,000 miles so prob needs a decent service.
