Glad you are back to 'reasonable' health. I assume the cause of the seizure has been diagnosed and you will not have a repeat.

The car had a long rest. So long as it has been garaged or protected, it should be fine for the MOT. :thumbsup:

Yes mate I've been diagnosed with epilepsy. Unfortunately I don't have a garage just been sitting on the driveway

I've just serviced it although it was only done last year about a month before my seizure. Done the biocide as there was a diesel bug present in the tank.and just done another diesel purge but still getting grey smoke under load.clayed; polished and waxed...other than that I think she should pass no problem.

Oh Frankie, you’ll need to prise open the oul’ purse and get a few shillings out. Get your spares, buy a big propane torch (oxy acetylene is even better) and check out the board to see if Konrad has posted a Masterclass on changing wishbones. jack the car up, get all the bolts glowing red hot, a few whacks with the big lump hammer and you’ll be all right.

Look on the bright side, it never failed on the smoke or emissions test, did it?

Here, this’ll cheer you up:
Barty and Dunny met in a pub and discussed the illness of a friend named Hogan.
'Poor Micheal Hogan! Faith, I'm afraid he's goin' to die.'
'Shure, an' why would he be dyin'?' asked the other.
'Ah, he's gotten so thin. You're thin enough, and I'm thin -- but by my soul, Micheal Hogan is thinner than both of us put together.'
:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:

I'd need the blow torch to open up the purse strings....I definitely thought either the brake weregoing to fail it or the smoke! On the way to mot I couldn't see out the rear window with the smoke that was following me..but sure enough after a few minutes it was gone! Must of been water in the diesel??

P.'s stick to helping others on here!!the jokes are terrible lol!😂👍👍👍
