Weather strip/belt moulding on RH door

Hi, this is my second post since joining and I'm after some help sourcing and fitting the following part.

I have a 2010 Auris SR 1.6 petrol Valvematic and I've been looking for a replacement weather strip that sits horizontally across the RH front door (what the glass slides past into the door).

I can't find a new one online therefore will probably have to contact my dealer. Before I do what will be the rough price for one of these?

Secondly, how difficult a job is it to replace? Is it from above or do I need to remove the door card? It looks like the wing mirror needs to be removed also I assume this is relatively simple?

Any ideas where to source and how to fit would be greatly appreciated.
