Avensis Estate roof rails

Hello I have toyota avensis estste, 2006, 2ltr petrol, my front bolt cover for roof rail seems to have blown off while driving or stolen. How can i get a replacement? I was going to just remove the rails as i do not use, so took one off but left holes in the roof? I presume these must come as standard? Can i remove and cover holes or get new cover? Thsnks for yout help
