Anyone experienced poor/low lying dipped beam on the avensis t27 t spirit, i find mine appalling but great on full beam?

I say no, plus my car has halogen bulbs as it is lower spec TR. Your car being the T-Spirit, should come with HID xenon headlights with AFS (read from the specs list). Maybe they need adjusting.
