Anyone know what could be causing this problem ,

I had a new front  wheel bearing replaced,  I'm not sure if the problem was there before doing this job .when you put the wheel back on and tighen the wheel nuts the brake's tighen and the wheel don't spin freely but when  you slacken the nut's off its OK what's going on theres no issue with the caliper? ?? Everything looks OK but obviously not .

Try inserting nuts (with spacing washers if necessary) and tightening them without fitting the wheel, you should be abke to see what's going on.  Perhaps the sliders are jamming the pads against one side of the disc?

It could be rusty slides : preventing the brakes from releasing freely...
