Does anyone know where I can find a service / repair manual for a Corolla Ceres?

Do Haynes not have one?

No, they don't have for that car.

The engines and chassis are the same as a standard E100 Corollas, so the Haynes manual for that year Corolla will still have the right info for drivetrain and chassis. Ceres has the same interior as the Toyota Levins too, so a manual for that will cover your interior.
