Rav4 1999 model desperate for help with seatbelts

Hi, I really would appreciate your input and advice. I have a 1999 rav4 and it goes like a bomb. However I have a problem. My front seat belts frayed badly and the last person who fixed them disconnected them from the air bags (and thus that gas canister). I now cannot sort these seat belts and it is due for its mot end October. I am from Weston Super Mare. Any advice? It would be criminal to scrap it as it is sound apart from seat belts,.

There are companies who do seat belt repairs, so you could get the webbing replaced. A search engine will give a choice of companies.
