Hi newb here trying to find out how to change the head unit on my avensis i have the standard 6 disc head unit but want one what takes usb and has bluetooth is it a easy change do i need a surround for it if so where can i get a cheap one from thanks for the help

Yes you'll need a facia adapter. Try Dynamic Sounds. They'll also provide an ISO convertor for the wiring. 

If you just want an mp3 adapter with bluetooth then find the 'W' code of your head unit (printed on the front of the facia) then just do a Google search:-

"W***** mp3 adapter bluetooth "

There's plenty available.

Hmm. That unit appears to be excluded from most listings.

I've used Grom units before - the compatibility list doesn't explicitly exclude the head unit on your car. The owner of the business is very helpful - an email to him may clarify, particularly if a sat nav is involved.
