Hi

Can you provide some more information.

Do you get a clunk every time you pull away?

If not, had you reversed the car to its parked position?

Any noise when taking bends - tight roundabouts?

Any clunk when pulling off in reverse?

Has the wheel for that corner  been off recently - presumably you've checked for any obvious slackness on the wheel? Nuts correctly tightened?

Id go for drive shaft which i had go on my toledo which did the same when pulling away

If I remember, Triumph used rubber doughnuts as CV joint couplings, just like the original Lotus Elan. Wheeler Dealers have an episode which the had to replace these doughnuts with normal CV joint driveshafts.

Anyway, I would first check the wheel nuts are secure, then get a "trusted" garage to check the driveshaft, suspension and ball joints. Also check engine mounts.

According to the OP's profile, they have a 2015 Avensis, so they should take it into a dealer to see whether it is a warranty issue.
