Factory Settings Standards

Hi Experts:

I purchased Toyota Corolla model : ZRE181L-DEXNKW (made in Turkey). During the car wash, I noticed that the material spread in different areas in the car under body looks abnormal.

I washed another 2 cars same model and I noticed that they are identical in the way the material spread. I believe the Toyota's factory must be same in spreading such material in the car under body , right ?

My questions are:

can the factory in Turkey produce a car that is different?

can this be considered as factory low quality finishing?

Can such difference affects the car's safety?

We don't have the Corolla in the UK, and the Corolla isn't sold by Toyota GB.
