Window Rubber snapped, looking for replacement

Hi, I have had my Rav4 2007 D4d for coming up a year, had no issues and love the car!  I have had the whistling sound from the drivers door window the last few days and on checking, the rubber seal has snapped! I have been searching online today and cannot seem to find a replacement. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Also, is it easy to replace myself?

Any advice appreciated
