I've only had the car 2weeks and have just found the oillevel rising.it's a 2010with 60k on the clock.From a non Toyota dealer,should I take it back or would

a dpf delete

Solve ,it.

You need to be aware that removing the DPF could result in an MOT failure. As well as possibly failing on the emissions, since February 2014 the MOT Test includes a check on the exhaust system on models that originally had a DPF fitted, that the DPF is still there. 

If you've only had the car two weeks, I would approach the dealer with regards to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - http://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/regulation/consumer-rights-act

Take note of the section 'The first six months'.
