What Kinda Noise Is This?

Its from a Best Motoring Int DVD, a tuned S15 Silvia, not very loud in the clip but was wondering what makes the noise.

I've heard it on a Glanza too, sort of a fluttering chirping noise, not like the thudding dump from my MR2 (either on its stock BOV or the HKS SSQV).

Any ideas?

blow off valve - BOV or Dump Valve ..

it'll just be a different sort to your MR2 one ..

I'm fairly sure its wastegate chatter, it sound wicked..... a bit like this.....

have to say it does sound like the BOV. the rolla makes the same fluttering sound when your feathering the throttle at speed
