Hello there, I'm afraid we dont have the 2015 Corolla in the UK, so I doubt many of us will have experience with them!

Generally though, rattling is caused by loose trim, or a loose connection - perhaps even a loose screw or plastic clip that has fallen into the dash somewhere.

Do not know which country you are in, but here in the UK Toyota give 3 years warranty, so if you are the same, then take it back to the local toyota dealer to fix.

Thr problem with trying to do it yourself, you have to be careful you do not invalidate any warranty terms.

The Toyota GB new car warranty has been five years/100,000 miles since 1st July 2010. It is three years/100,000km for the rest of Europe

My 2016 le plus Corolla has been to one dealer twice and another dealer twice for a dash rattle. Only 20k miles. They can't fix it! My theory is the wire for the light sensor in middle is too floppy and loose. Or the top dash is so flimsy that it wiggles and hits the other parts under it. Good luck. Sorry for this problem. I'm going to try a dash carpet to weigh down or dampen the noise. $12 online.
