Clutch replacement and new flywheel Rav 4 2005

My clutch has just gone on my Rav 4 2005 , I have also been told I will have to purchase new flywheel, any one know what the normal going rate for this is .

Maybe £600.  Labour will be the largest component.    As a matter of interest, how many miles has it done?

Clutch and dmf on the d4d 2005 i had was around 1100 quid all in fitted
