o2 sensor damaged?

I have problems that engine sometimes losing power (not depend on weather, temperature or anything... only with higher temps is working mostly worst).. At this moment, I disconnected both o2 sensors (lambdas) and it seems has better start from redlight, no twitching.. Green one is sensor after catalyst (probably KO because using LPG).. what do you think? It seems to me that second O2 sensor has better readings than first one (which regulates rich to lean ratio). Thanks Dave P.S. Also it's not possible to be engine problem, because it has been replaced year ago and before replacement it still had the problem..
