Chip tuning?

Can the 1.4 d4d be flashed/tuned or just a chip/box added. I just require a little more go.

I'm not aware of anyone that can reprogram the ECU, but there are quite a few chip boxes out there. Even our resident Toyota person PartsKing sells one!
