Here are the figures for it on a rather damp day at Bruntingthorpe:

top speed: 141.72mph top whack (on the limiter in top gear)

0-60mph: 3.2 seconds (could be lower in the dry)

standing start 1/4mile: 11.50s @ 118.37mph

40-90mph top-gear roll-on: 7.71s

Believe me, that's not fast by bike terms! By comparison, the new ZX-10R and Yamaha R1 (both around £8000 brand new) did 176.31 and 176.35mph respectively. And they both cleared the 1/4mile drag race in 10.85s, one at 141mph, the other at 140mph... bikes rock!

(but they suck in the cold and the wet!)
