lowest drop on standard shocks?

have a phase 2 1.0l frenchy, and trying to lower it, thinking about 55mm front and rear on springs, i was thinking about just tein s springs (35/38) as they look good on tsports, but t sports are already 20mm lower and so 55mm would still be higher than the teins would look on a tsport.

wondering what sort of a beating the shocks would take with a 55mm drop front and back, or would i need new shocks? if so can you link some please.

 

cant find any coil overs for under £550 either, found some phase 1 1.0l ones on eBay for £300 but the placement isnt the same for phase 2 is it?

 

or does anyone have any pics of tein or other 40mm or similar springs on a non t sport please, hoping 55mm wouldnt rub on 15's :/
