Toyota Touch and Go problem

I added my car on Toyota site when I bought the car in 2012 but after the site update. I can't download any updates. It is asking me to add my car and when I enter my reg number it finds my car and gives me 2 options. "No- search again" and "yes-keep it". When I click "yes-keep it". It asks "Enter Car Name" and no matter what I enter here its not saving the name and not going forward from that page. Please someone from toyota fix the site or anyone who faced  this found any solution please share.

have you tried a browser other than Chrome or Firefox? As far as I can tell it seems to be working OK in Opera for me.

You need to use Toolbox to download updates for the head unit.

If you want to complain to Toyota about the site then here is not the place to do it - you will have to contact Toyota direct.

You need to use the contact button on the website. I used to have a problem where the records always went back to my old car. It didn't matter how many times I updated things.

They asked me to try several things, all failed. It took a while but they did sort out the website.
