Replacing Headlight Assembly on 2005 MK1 Yaris

My Yaris 2005 Mk1 has a cloudy headlight... on the inside and although I've polished the outside its still not great because I can't see any way of getting at the inside. So a new headlight ?

 

I can order a new headlight for £42 delivered and could fit it myself I suppose although fiddling with the bumper removal in the cold put me off as I've never done it before and worried I might break something. Can't find any Youtube videos for a Mk1.

 

I could get my local independent garage to fit and I guess and hour at around £55 is not too bad

 

Or I could get my Toyota garage to supply and fit, assuming they wouldn't want to fit an non OEM part,  but I'm guessing 2nd mortgage to do that ?

 

Any thoughts or advice please ?

When you say you've polished the outside is that with one of the specialist kits such as http://www.meguiars.co.uk/shop/two-step-headlight-restoration-kit or do you mean just car polish? I've use the kit on my daughters and the results were pretty good.

It was one of the proper kits. 3M polishing kit. Brilliant job of the outside but on the n/s lens it's on the inside
