Toyota prius c spanner and exclamation mark warning light

I have got a strange yellow colour warning light coming in my prius c dashboard , it is a Spanner and exclamation mark light 

Any have any idea about it

We don't have the Prius C in Europe - the nearest equivalent being the Yaris Hybrid. Depending on whether the light is flashing or solid, it could be either a warning a service is required or a warning regarding the oil level (too low or too high).

I believe it's the service due reminder, although if there isn't an engine shaped (check engine) light then it could be that, i.e. fault code present.

Thanks a lot 

The car is serviced regularly , unlikely it's oil, I'm wondering whether it's service 

I will check the US forum also for help , 

The techs here don't know it and the OBD II fault check does not show any fault !!!!
