Toyota avensis power issue

2001 d4d toyota avensis non air con.

 

Loss of power , car stutters and cuts out

When heater is turned on it can happen .stops when switched off again. 

 

Also happens when rear window heater is switched on.

 

Also happens when auto window switch is used. Example when i click switch to automaticly close the window, once the window closes the car stutters .  So if window was closed and i pressed the switch to close the window the car would stutter

 

So basicaly i dont know whats causing this electrical issue or where to start

 

Any help /advice appreciated.
