Yaris Rear Wiper Motor

When we purchased my daughter's Yaris the previous owner had removed the rear wiper motor and put a gromet in the tailgate panel. I would now like to find a suitable motor and re-instate its rear wiper. I would appreciate guidance on which motor fits our car. It is a 51 plate, 3 door 1.0 VVT. How can I tell whether I need a French or Jspanese motor, were there many variations of motors fitted in this year ? The loom is all in place and has a 3 pin connector. Any guidance would be much appreciated.
