2011 Yaris wont start

Advise needed please before I have my car towed to the Dealership.  Pulled the car out of the garage yesterday morning, parked it on the drive way about 10meters.  Did what I had to do in the garage and pulled the car back in.  This morning the car wont start, engine turnes over but nothing.  When you switch on the ignition there is a clicking sound that seems to come from the immobilizer inside the dash.  Checked all connections, checked all the fuses, checked the voltage on the Battery, running at 12.  Cant get to the plugs though. Tried to jump the engine but no go.
