Name this part (and where it goes)?

Hi

Was cleaning under bonnet of my daughter's Aygo this morning and this fell from the drivers-side damper (top of) strut area (see photo).

Anyone got any idea what it is and how/where it goes back? Can not seem to identify it from any images of the Aygo engine bay on-line.

Toyota call it a "ventilator seal" ?

looks like it belongs to the new model Aygo. Our old ones do not have these dampers!
