Headline water droplets :( Howt to fix?

so, the results are conflicting online - some say leave it others say dry with a  hairdrier, others say drill holes, others say dont drill holes

 

How can you fix the headlight misting/water

In fact all my lightshave water. Are there holes that block easily and need clearing or other tricks?

Unplugging the big rubber backing cover (at the bulb connection) for a couple of days cured the problem on a Honda Accord I once owned.

I cleaned mine out with an air compressor and a little bit of heat from heat gun/hairdryer then silicone around the joints with the unit out of course.
