Voice Command For Phone

While I can make calls manually from the phonebook I cannot make a hands free phone call using Voice Command with Toyota Touch 2 with Go. The screen states that bluetooth is not available.

The phone and the car both indicate they are paired with each other. I have only had my car for a few days but bluetooth worked fine on my previous 2015 Kia Sportswagon using  the same Moto G mobile phone. I deleted all data from the Touch & Go system and re-entered it but still doesn't work. I have tried making voice command calls from different locations but nothing seems to work including troubleshooting suggestions in the handbook.

Does anyone have any ideas what might be the problem/s and any suggested solutions?

As far as I'm aware, voice command only comes with 'Go+', although you may have the button for it.

Thanks Mike. Didn't really occur to me that it wouldn't have it, but checked out with Toyota and states that it's only available with top of range models. Bit surprising given that the tourer is most popular with business users and the model is called a Business Edition! Fortunately, being retired I don't make more than 3/4 calls a month from the car so it's absence is not an issue for me. Nevertheless, would have been nice to have it!
