New rav 4 owner at last

Hi

Having lost my old log in details have started a fresh! Previously asked about auto petrol rav for the wife and now have managed to buy one

2004 5dr blue xt3 petrol auto @115k miles

Not quite as mint as I would have liked but pretty good allround, only 2 owners clear mot history and services records etc.

A couple of questions please:

on rear door below spare wheel on left the outer door trim has sprung away- guessing it is a broken clip. Would this be an easy fix?

The car will only see light use and not off road covering max 3000 miles a year. I intend to have annual service but is there anything extra I should be doing bearing in mind not used every dayand sometimes only once a week.

A Battery charge would not come amiss before the weekly use. Batteries tend to deteriorate if left idle, and that routine will probably double its life.  

I would check tire pressures and fluid levels at the same time.
