Toyota Yaris SR touch and go 19007

Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me?  Yesterday my touch and go went faulty.  It was -2 yesterday morning.  After using the car for approximately 30 minutes and then leaving it and returning I noticed that my screen has gone faulty.  My car is 2.5 months out of warranty so I'm a bit concerned this is going to cost me.  There are no obvious wires hanging out of the back.  The Toyota dealership I used has suggested taking it in and there are no known faults with the screen fading.  Has anyone seen this before.  The screen seems to have faded more during the day. Everything seems to be working still although it's hard to see as you can see. Many thanks in advance.

Unless it is a simple fault, or the dealer asks Toyota about a goodwill repair, it will cost as the car is outside the warranty. If the unit needs repairing, you could contact  http://www.autosound.co.uk/car-radio-repairs/

I have had problems with the touch and go on this car since I bought it in 2013, it has been into the main dealers over 5 times for Sat Nav problems.  I'm hoping it will be sorted as a goodwill gesture by Toyota.  I was wondering if anyone had come across this before as there could be an obvious reason it's happened.
