Hi guys I'm trying to figure out how to replace the bulb behind the ac push button switch? Avensis 06. When I switch ac on the button itself pops green but when it's not on its unlit. The bulbs behind the dials all seem to be working fine..Any help app

Swapping the entire unit might be the simplest solution. If the air con light has failed (if that's what you're saying) it's likely to be an failed internal component which is going to be difficult to trace/source/replace.

All the new cars we've had since 1998 have had air conditioning (1 Honda, 2 Nissans, 3 Mazdas, 2 Hyundais and 5 Toyotas), and none of the air conditioning switches displayed a light when the unit was turned off - only displaying a light when the air conditioning was turned on.

Thanks for the input guys I just sorted it. There's 4 bulbs running behind the dials and the second bulb from the left illuminates the ac switch. I changed with a spare I had and all sorted. Handy enough job if not a little finicky.
