I dont doubt that it hurt, I have burnt myself with chip fat between 180 and 200 degrees, its no fun at all, I think the general consensus is that dont be one of the people who go after money for the smallest thing. Car crashes and such fair enough, **** my sister had whiplash in a car crash and got 75 for it, and that was 23 years ago.

Just think about it for a bit, its your boss who is responsible, get him to sort it, dont make these !Removed! claim companies richer. Have a chat with your boss, he might do something for you, or offer something, especially if he thinks he might be up in court for it.

What does my head in is that everyone has whiplash from a minor bump...oh and now the best thing is now they claim that they are scared to get back in a car! :ffs:

My accident wasn't exactly a minor bump - the car flipped over and it took 3 huge blokes to get me out!

TBH it bothers me more that the other drive wasnt prosecuted than me not getting any form of compensation.... :(

I wasnt scared to get back in a car - whats the point - I spent 1.5 years learning to drive and 4 attempts to pass - I aint gonna let anyone take that away from me! :)

Its directed to most of my applicants at work. Almost all of them are mini cab drivers who claim for loss of earnings too.

Funny how they are all from the same Northern City, just so happen to have the same names, off duty taking 4 members of their family out (who also have very bad whiplash) at midnight with no witnesses to the rta..oh and drive nissans

Well at least it pays my wages, and its great when you chuck out the claim and then take them to court for making false insurance claims! Got 4 of the :censor: last week in court :D
