Rear Brake Hose Clamp - T27

Just inboard of the rear brake disc backplates sit two brackets that hold the brake flexi-hose. They can be seen by looking-glass the following part numbers in Japan parts website: 47351B or type part no. 47351-05050 47351B or type part no. 47351-05060 ( http://www.japan-parts.eu/toyota/eu/2008/avensis/zrt271r-awfepw/2_273560_041_410W/powertrain-chassis/4708_brake-tube-clamp#47351B ) Both appear to be held onto the axle by some screwbolts. I want to replace these brackets as they're looking decrepit with rust. Can anyone tell me whether removing them involves having to disconnect the hose by draining the fluid?
